Sixty pairs of Roman shoes found in Scottish ditch

Archaeologists excavating a site of a future Tesco supermarket in Camelon, Scotland, have discovered a range of Roman artefacts, including 120 leather hobnailed shoes in a ditch outside what was once the entrance to a fort.
